Designing a Warm Welcome: Therapy Zohn’s Brand and Website Refresh
Unpopular opinion, but as a mom of little kids, I personally love the cozy evenings. Putting the kids to bed early and watching a movie with my husband in the basement gets me all in my feels. Speaking of feelings, emotions can run high in different seasons of life. Between the busyness of family, the stress of daily responsibilities, and navigating relationships, it all adds up. It’s no wonder mental health professionals often see an influx of new clients when life feels a little heavier.
Rebecca Zohn, founder of Therapy Zohn, knew she wanted to create a welcoming first impression for anyone reaching out during this season. And so she came to BrandWell…
Therapy Zohn provides supportive therapy services for women and teens in New Jersey who are navigating anxiety. Rebecca’s approach is grounded in compassion, with a focus on empowering and uplifting her clients as they work toward strength and resilience.
Knowing that therapy is a partnership, Rebecca wanted her website to feel like an open door—inviting, trustworthy, and a place where clients feel safe to be themselves. Therapy Zohn’s brand needed to capture that warm, supportive energy that clients experience when they work with Rebecca.
Here are 3 ways we brought Rebecca’s vision to life:
1. Intentional Visuals
This design’s intentionally crafted visuals bring an element of zen to Therapy Zohn! From the warm, natural color palette, to the simple yet elegant typography and comforting imagery, every element speaks to the type of environment TZ offers its clients.
2. Copy that Connects
Ever been in a conversation with someone who monologues? It’s hard to relate to someone when you feel you can't get a word in edgewise. This design’s copy isn’t exclusively about Rebecca’s qualifications and experiences, but instead opens up a dialogue. To create copy that connects, she showcases her understanding of her audience’s current position by posing questions that encourage self-reflection.
3. Moments of Transparency
If you want vulnerability from your audience, it comes at the cost of transparency from you. The more transparent you are about your process, the easier it becomes for clients to trust you. Transparency helps demystify what can be an intimidating or vulnerable experience…something like starting therapy.
Bringing Therapy Zohn’s vision to life with Rebecca was such a fun and inspiring project. We’re thrilled to have crafted a space online that truly reflects her dedication to her clients’ well-being.
If you’re looking to create a brand or website that speaks to your audience with authenticity and purpose, we’d love to help make that happen.
