What we’re hiring for right now…
Social Media Manager (Remote/Contract):
We’re looking for a part-time Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to support our content creation, email marketing, and overall digital presence. This role is part strategy, part creativity, and part making sure BrandWell shows up consistently across Instagram and Email in a way that feels aligned, thoughtful, and true to our voice.
You’ll collaborate with our CEO during a monthly marketing meeting, then take charge of executing the content plan with excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating on-brand Instagram content (Reels, carousels, static posts)
Writing and scheduling weekly email newsletters in the BrandWell voice (we use Flodesk!)
Turning long-form content (podcast episodes, client features, design reveals) into social-ready posts
Maintaining our content calendar + coordinating dates around launches, reveals, and promotions
Tracking content performance and making recommendations based on insights
Staying aware of trends in the female-founder, design, and small-business space
Reporting directly to the CEO and supporting the marketing team’s priorities

You have excellent writing skills and can capture a warm, confident founder voice
You’re organized, proactive, and thrive when you have ownership of your work
You love aesthetics and care about beautiful, on-brand visuals
You’ve worked with social scheduling and email marketing tools
You’re available for a monthly team marketing meeting + weekly communication
You’re excited about working with a small but amazing team of creative women
Hours & Compensation:
Part-time, contractor role
Flexible weekly hours
Monthly marketing meeting required
Compensation based on experience, starting at $25/hr.
