Every Squarespace site we design is fully mobile-optimized, ensuring a seamless experience on any device. Squarespace also offers affordable hosting and top-notch customer support.
Although BrandWell is not a full-service SEO agency, we do provide essential SEO support with all of our website designs. We’ll optimize your site by setting up page titles, meta descriptions, and a keyword-rich site title for Google. Additionally, we ensure that alt tags are applied to all images added by BrandWell, giving your website a strong foundation for search engine visibility.
We believe in full transparency when it comes to pricing. All BrandWell service fees are clearly outlined in your design agreement so you know exactly what to expect.
When it’s time to launch, Squarespace requires an annual hosting subscription, which is purchased directly through them, as BrandWell does not host websites. You’ll also need to secure your domain name (your website’s URL).
No, a brand photo shoot is not required to build a website with BrandWell, though we highly recommend it as an investment for your business. If you’re unable to provide your own imagery, we offer a diverse selection of high-quality stock photography to ensure your website looks polished and professional.
For ongoing support, many of our clients choose to continue with our Designer On Call program. This quarterly offering gives you dedicated access to our team for brand application, website updates, and new design needs as your business evolves.

At BrandWell, all of our design packages include a flexible payment structure. Projects begin with a non-refundable deposit, followed by two remaining payments split evenly (50/50) over the course of your project, which typically spans 8–12 weeks.

At BrandWell, every website project includes a built-in Copy Polish. This step gives your existing copy a professional set of eyes, our copywriter makes light refinements for clarity, readability, hierarchy, and web-friendliness, without changing your voice or rewriting your message.
For clients who don’t yet have website copy, we offer a Copy Intensive as an add-on service. This includes brand voice development and six pages of fully custom, conversion-focused website copy, with the option to add additional pages as needed.
Absolutely! At BrandWell, we take care of all the technical details, including connecting your existing domain and launching your website, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Yes, we do! Every BrandWell client receives access to The Branding Business School, which includes a dedicated module on strategically naming your business. This resource is designed to guide you through the naming process, helping you choose a name that aligns with your brand, supports your positioning, and resonates with your target audience.
Clients also receive Voxer access during the PrepWell phase of their project, allowing for quick questions and thoughtful guidance along the way.

No, Squarespace doesn’t allow the transfer of membership plans between sites. You'll need to purchase a new plan when your website is ready to go live. However, as a thank you for choosing BrandWell, you’ll receive a 20% discount on your first year of hosting!
