We're kicking off Season 5 with a hottake on rhythms, resolutions, and the reality of running a business from home with young children. 

Being caught between my desire to do more and grow my business and also simply do less is my reality. In this first episode, I share my thoughts on why resolutions are good, why rhythms are necessary and what to do when your reality makes both resolutions and rest difficult.
