01. CONSULT CALL & DEMO

Our consult call is where we determine whether we’re the right team to elevate your brand and website. In one 30 to 45-minute conversation, we’ll unpack your goals and show you how BrandWell’s design process works, so you have a clear understanding of how we create strategic, confidence-building brands and websites.

02. MATCH WITH A DESIGNER

BrandWell is powered by a creative team of female designers, each with unique strengths to best serve our clients. After your consult call, we’ll pair you with the designer who aligns perfectly with your business style and goals. This designer will partner with you throughout the entire project, ensuring a collaborative experience where you’ll come in as a client and leave as a friend.

03. PREPWELL

PrepWell is our signature preparation kit designed to set you up for success before your design project begins. It includes exclusive access to The Branding Business School, a series of targeted questionnaires, and clear instructions for submitting your copy and imagery. This ensures you're fully prepared, so we can create a brand and website that truly reflects your vision.

04. CLARITY CALL

This is your opportunity to share the full story of your business – how it began, where it stands now, and where you envision it in the next few years. By understanding your goals and target audience, we can create a tailored, strategic design that aligns with your business’s future success.

05. DESIGN & REFINE

Depending on your selected package, your designer will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. We’ll present multiple design concepts for your review, and together, we’ll refine and perfect the design until it meets your expectations. Enjoy unlimited revisions during both the branding and website design phases to ensure you’re thrilled with the final result before it goes live.

06. BRAND TRAINING

For our branding clients, we provide a comprehensive brand style guide that equips you with all the tools and knowledge needed to implement your brand effectively long after your time with BrandWell. For website clients, your designer will offer personalized training to ensure you can confidently update and maintain your Squarespace website for years to come.

07. LAUNCHWELL

Promote your new brand and website with confidence using our exclusive LaunchWell Kit. This kit guides you through effective launch strategies, provides messaging templates, and includes site mockup links, along with best practices for a successful launch.
